Yesterday, I decided to switch RSS service to feedblitz, and stop using feedburner. It’s not like feedburner doesn’t provide good service. They are good. However, I’m thinking to get more capabilities from my feeds, newsletter, and other services that feedburner doesn’t have. You can now subscribe to Twitter (receive updates as DM), Yahoo! messenger, and many more service.
If you subscribed to our newsletter by using email, you should have received the notification email yesterday, mentioning the service has been switched to feedblitz. You don’t have to do anything. But if you are subscribing via RSS readers, please change the rss url: http://feeds.feedblitz.com/CADNotes
Currently the feedburner url is redirecting you to the feedblitz url. After 30 days, the feedburner url will be deleted and you will not receive any more updates.
Follow Updates for Specific Applications Only
One feature that I think will interest you most, now you can subscribe for certain application only. If you only want Revit updates, then subscribe to Revit updates only. You will not receive AutoCAD or MicroStation. You can find the subscription links on CAD Notes sidebar. You can switch to new subscription, and unsubscribe from full updates.
Sorry for the inconvenience, and thank you for understanding. I hope you will like the new service better.
