AutoCAD Tips Updates

news

Last week, I have published 25 favorite AutoCAD tips submitted by the competition participant. This is just a short post. I would like to post some updates and notify limitations about the tips:

  1. The tip #3: Using zoom extend while array still active apparently doesn’t always work. It works for relatively small drawings, but not for large drawing. Probably it’s about video memory or something. Thank you for Harold Kip, Harold Weistra, and Gerrit de Jong from AutoCADExchange.com for mentioning this.
  2. Tips #8: To enable stacking in block attributes, we need to change the system variable ATTIPE to 1. After you change the system variable you can modify the attributes using in-place editor, just like modifying multi line text! Thanks for Murray Clack for updating this.
